Installation & Customer Training

This lesson covers the post-sale process to help you to confidently answer a customer's logistical questions and set clear, achievable expectations for a smooth onboarding experience.

The Installation Process: What to Expect

  • Timeline: The entire process, from a signed Purchase Order (PO) to a fully operational system, typically takes 30-45 days.

  • Technical Requirements: The system uses Power over Ethernet (PoE), which is a key safety and logistical benefit. This means no high-voltage electrical wires need to be run into the cell. The unit only requires a standard Cat-6 network cable and a PoE Injector for both power and data.

  • On-Site Efficiency: Our professional installation teams are highly efficient. Depending on the facility's existing infrastructure, they can typically install 8-10 cells per day.

On-Site Customer Training

  • Standard Package: Our standard package includes one full day of on-site training per location. This ensures that correctional staff are confident and competent in using the system's dashboard, responding to alerts, and generating reports.

  • Additional Training: Should a facility require more extensive training for different shifts or a larger number of staff, additional training days can be purchased for $500/day.
