A Deep Dive into Pricing Models

Welcome to the advanced track. This first lesson is a deep dive into our flexible pricing models. Mastering these options will help you to structure the perfect deal to fit any customer's budget and procurement process.

Purchase Options

90-Day Trial Program: The "Prove It" Option

This is the ideal option for facilities that want to prove the concept in their own environment before making a long-term commitment.

  • Cost: $119 per month for three months.

  • Installation: $500 one-time fee.

  • Terms:

    • 90-Day Out Clause: The client has 90 days to test the system. If they are unsatisfied, they can return the equipment, and we refund the $500 installation fee.

    • Conversion: If they keep the system, their payments continue for an additional 45 months to complete a 48-month term.

    • Post-Trial Exit: If the client keeps the system past 90 days but exits the contract before the full 48 months, the $500 installation fee is not refunded.

The "$119 Program" (Lease / HAAS): The All-Inclusive Lease

This is our most popular offering, providing a low, predictable monthly payment (operational expenditure) with full service included.

  • Cost: $119 per month.

  • Term: 48-month lease.

  • Installation: $500 one-time fee.

  • Includes: SaaS and Warranty are included for the full 48-month term.

  • Incentive: We refund the $500 installation fee at the end of the 48-month lease.

Straight Purchase: The Capital Expenditure Option

This option is for facilities that prefer to own the hardware outright via a one-time capital expense.

  • List Price: $4,000 per unit.

  • SaaS & Warranty: Included for the first year. For years 2 and beyond, the cost is $500/year (or a discounted $400/year if paid in advance).

  • Volume Discounts: Available at 5, 15, 25, and 50 units.

The "Blend" Program: The Hybrid Approach

This is a hybrid option for customers who can make a down payment to significantly lower their monthly lease payments.

  • Cost: $2,000 down payment, then $69 per month.

  • Term: 36 months.

  • Incentive: Clients receive a $500 credit toward their future SaaS/Warranty fees at month 48.
