What It Is: A combined annual fee that covers all software services and a comprehensive hardware warranty.
What It Includes:
Software Updates & Upgrades: All future software and firmware upgrades are pushed to devices automatically. This includes security patches and new features on the product roadmap.
"Bumper-to-Bumper" Warranty: A full warranty against defects and damage, which includes the repair or replacement of the hardware.

How It Applies to Each Pricing Model
For Straight Purchase Clients:
The first year of SaaS & Warranty is included in the purchase price.
For year 2 and beyond, the cost is $500 per year (or a discounted $400 if paid in advance).
For the "$119 Program" (Lease) Clients:
The SaaS & Warranty is included for the full duration of the 48-month lease.
After the 48th month, the client would need to begin paying the $500 per year fee to maintain service and warranty coverage.
For the "Blend Program" Clients:
These clients receive a $500 credit at month 48, which can be applied to their first year of SaaS & Warranty fees.
Important Exception to Note:
The free software upgrade for the advanced AI Behavior feature is only included in contracts signed on or before December 31, 2025. Deals signed after that date may require an additional fee for that specific upgrade.
